2) First of all, I would like to say that all the jobs I have chosen don't have any exact information on salaries. We can certainly say that salaries are higher in the US than in Kazakhstan because of average salaries and consumer price index differences. Also, there is a difference between Healthcare system of Kazakhstan and that of the U.S. In Kazakhstan there is no required health insurance for people since government pays for most of the medical bills. There is another significant difference between countries. Pensions in Kazakhstan are earned during the pre-pension age of workers, employers just transfer 10% of an employee's salary to a bank, so that after they retire they could receive those saved money plus governmental standard pension every month. So, it is very difficult to compare these two issues. Vacation time in Kazakhstan is nearly the same for all nongovernmental jobs (where I plan to work), it is minimum 18 business days per year plus official holidays. In the U.S , employers provide different packages of insurance, pensions and other benefits, so you it is reasonable to consider them.
3)Yes, there are some significant differences. Of 4 companies I have chosen, I only could find "mission or philosophy" statements in 2 of them, others just explained what they did on the home page of their websites, in a pretty formal way. I liked the mission statement in Adecco Group, which was only a couple of sentences but in a very encouraging manner. Deloitte's mission statement is very different from Adecco's. Deloitte is providing a video with its CEO Barry Zalsberg, who explains the primary goals of his company.
4) Job markets between two countries are very different. There is a lack of engineers and world class top managers who could substitute foreign corporations' workers who are now operating on our territory's natural resources and real estate business.
