1. For the job I searched it looks like that the common requirement for all the jobs are to having some job experience before. Basic requirements for these jobs are almost same. Educational requirement is at least undergraduate degree.
2. The benefit is more hidden in these jobs which I’m applying. The average salary for a project manager in entry level is around $52,000 whereas the salary in Dubai will be much lower. But one job location of USA has Hawaii which will be a kind of compensation for me because that’s a vacation place. Health insurance will be provided from Dubai as it is a rule for international employee. From USA the companies will pay medical, dental, life insurance and also will pay for vacations. Weather is a really big factor as my job requires me to work on site lots of time as the weather of Dubai is really warm.
3. The Henkels & McCoy Company is huge in USA and it has more than 80 offices around USA and more than 5,000 employees. Henkels & McCoy is one of the largest privately held engineering, network development and construction company. Their mission is as they will serve with quality they will grow big and maintain their reputation. Another company is Johnson Controls which is a global diversified technology and industrial leader serving customers in over 150 countries. They have more than 130,000 employees all over the world. Their mission is to grow big but focus is to delivering value to shareholders and making their customers successful. The companies from Dubai are also big.
4. The requirement and the expectation of companies from USA are clearer than the companies from UAE. Also there is not that much hint about the salary and benefit from the companies of UAE.
