I job-hop b/c most jobs suck really bad. My jobs don't 'build on one another'. they are just another place to collect a paycheck until you can't take the crap any more. why would you put so much significance on how long someone was there...and did they grow? who cares.
I bring skills x,y,z to the table. do you need x,y,z? if so, hire me. who cares about the past.
