Write a short 250-500 word blog post discussing one of the examples (one person's story) in the readings (the second and third articles both deal with the same event, but you can pick an example from the first reading as well). Try to tell me why the example you chose is interesting to you, and what it tells you about email etiquette, professional communication, or just writing in general. Have you ever sent an angry email?
